This module introduces many aspects of applied psychology alongside key theories and models. It includes introductory sessions to health psychology, wellbeing, positive psychology, key aspects of learning from a psychological perspective, aspects of the self and self regulation. This module also includes group work around designing a research project, collecting data and analysing findings using a statistical package.
